We invite you to join us this Wednesday, 6:15 pm in the fellowship hall for a special event at Faith Church - A Heart for Holland.

In the fall, we are turning our focus to the part of our mission and vision that calls us to Reach out in Love. We invite you to come on this journey as together we begin to examine our hearts, listen to the Spirit’s leading, learn and discern our next steps. 

We are excited to have Drew Pierce come and present on A Heart for Holland. As the Executive Director of Good Samaritan Ministries, Drew has a unique perspective on the needs of our city. We are also grateful to welcome representatives from several Holland organizations that will share about their ministry and what they learn from clients that they serve. 

As we work to expand our vision, we know that listening to others who move, work and minister in different spheres than our own offers us perspective we need to know where our gifts and calling can be used to to share the gospel, bring shalom and offer hope and comfort to our brothers and sisters in Holland. 

An important part of our evening will be spending time beginning to ask questions together that challenge us to explore our hearts, our willingness to reach out, and the barriers or fears we face. Together we will work to challenge ourselves to grow, reach out and serve Christ in new and meaningful ways.

This Wednesday’s conversation is important in the life of our church. We really encourage you to take time to come. We have childcare, we have fabulous desserts. We would love to have you join us.
